A significant challenge during development was retrieving real-time job listings from various online sources with high accuracy. Developing the in-app AI assistants, Coach Nova, a career coach, and Skills AI, a tool to aid in generating a roadmap for learning new skills, was a demanding task as these systems needed to not only understand user intent but also provide valuable, context-aware feedback, while preventing unnecessary digressions for questions that were out-of-the-context.

In order to help users learn new skills in their desired timelines, we implemented an AI-tool called Skills AI which enabled them to create customized learning roadmaps by selecting specific skills. Powered by GPT-4.1, the system then generates a structured, personalized development plan designed to keep users focused, on track, and prepared for future opportunities.
