Initially, it was designed to be more of a job-posting platform but to meet the business requirements it has been modified to support the business branding. Employers can add their jobs, candidates can search for the interested job, and can apply directly from the profile or job detail page.

The job requirements posted on SpinCV will also get listed on Google so that candidates can also find and reach the job through Google as well. Candidates can filter the job search through location, industry type, perks, and job type.
