Beesers is a healthcare application that allows caretakers to provide service to their dearest ones within Romania. Employers can create accounts to use the services, while providers can register their profiles to show what they offer. Employers have the ability to create, alter, and remove schedules, while suppliers have the ability to accept requests. To design a unique and user-friendly UI was one of the challenging things for us. However, our goal was to create a user interface that made this application simple to use.

The admin interface, which allows employers and service providers to access the app at their ease, was the second difficulty we faced.

Challenge: Scaling Real-Time Chat Responsiveness

APPWRK IT Solutions encountered the challenge of maintaining chat responsiveness within Beesers software as user numbers increased, especially during peak times.

Challenge: Cross-Platform Push Notification Integration

Beesers, crafted by APPWRK IT Solutions, faced the hurdle of seamlessly integrating push notifications across diverse platforms. With users accessing the app from various devices and OS, ensuring timely alerts became vital.

The Solution

Beesers mobile app in Romania provides affordable online doctor consultations. With secure virtual doctor services, user information remains safe. Patients can ask questions via video, chat, or voice call, eliminating the need for offline visits and ensuring efficiency.

Solution: Signal R for Efficient Scalability To overcome this, APPWRK IT Solutions implemented Signal R within Beesers, optimizing long-polling for scalability. This ensured smooth chat performance even under heavy loads, providing users with uninterrupted communication.

Solution: APN and FCM Integration To address this, Beesers employed a dual strategy. For Apple devices, they utilized the Apple Push Notification service (APN) via the apn library. For Android, integration with Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) via Axios/Fetch API calls ensured prompt notifications across platforms, enriching user experience.

IMPACT

This application has made it possible for users to book a healthcare provider for doorstep medical services. This application is beneficial to patients who are unable to travel to a hospital for medical treatment. The user can communicate with a healthcare provider and receive real-time medical advice.
