Challenges Faced During the Website Redesign for Renata Knitwear

1. Improving UI Without Predefined References or Clear Guidelines  

Since the client did not have a specific vision of how they wanted their website to turn out and did not provide any references for their website redesign, we faced struggles in conceptualizing and executing a platform that resonated with their vision. Our team took the lead in crafting a design from scratch, comparing and contrasting with competitors, to create a storefront that embodied the brand.

2. Reducing Customer Bounce Rates by Optimizing Navigation

With a wide variety of dresses, sweaters, vests, and accessories along with frequent new product launches, Renata Knitwear’s previous website was failing miserably in providing customers with proper navigation to their merchandise, leading to a lack of intuitive product discovery and a frustrating shopping experience. 

3. Boosting Sales Through Strategic E-Commerce Features

In addition to low customer retention, one of the biggest hurdles that Renata Knitwear used to face was the low conversion rates that arose from most customers abandoning their carts and not completing their checkouts. In order to navigate this issue, we introduced checkout abandonment flows to recover lost sales and direct customers back to their website to complete placing their orders.  

4. Creating High-Converting and Brand-Consistent Email Templates

Through our E-commerce website optimization services, the client wanted us to revamp their existing email templates, which were very plain and visually unappealing to customers.     Since emails play an important part in communicating with customers, Renata needed a dynamic email template that could be used to send order confirmations, offers and discounts and cart reminders to reroute users back to their site.
