Project Summary
Within OSCE Connect's dynamic framework, candidates have the opportunity to engage in live sessions, facilitating direct, real-time interaction with Examiners. These sessions serve as a valuable forum for candidates to seek clarification, pose questions, and receive immediate feedback, thereby enhancing the depth and effectiveness of their preparation.
In this application, we have four prospective users
- Site Admin :- Site admins can have an overview of the whole application including number of users & can modify the study materials.
- Examiner: This role refers to the individual responsible for assessing and evaluating the candidates during the OSCE. Examiners play a crucial part in observing and scoring the performance of the candidates as they navigate through various clinical scenarios.
- Candidate: Candidates are the students preparing for the OSCE. They actively engage with the platform's educational resources, which may include interactive study materials, simulated clinical scenarios, and comprehensive guides. The platform aims to equip candidates with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in the Objective Structured Clinical Examination.
- Observers: Observers can attend the live sessions but can not interact with neither the Examiner nor candidate. They are someone who is thinking of participating in the OSCE Exam in future

Impacts
One of the primary anticipated impacts of OSCE Connect is the enhancement of student performance in the OSCE. The platform's immersive and interactive features, including live sessions with Examiners, provide students with real-time feedback and clarification opportunities. As a result, students can refine their clinical skills, improve communication abilities, and gain a deeper understanding of OSCE expectations. Increased preparedness is expected to positively influence student success rates in the actual examination.
