Our project delivery manager will keep in touch with you as soon as we begin working on your Branding project. The project delivery manager will keep you updated on the status of your project regularly. Our goal is to make sure there is complete transparency. You have the option of communicating with us through any method. For example, we can connect via Skype, Trello, Slack, and Basecamp, where both you and our Brand Strategist can keep track of the project’s progress.

Not at All! Right from the beginning, we clarify each and everything. All our policies are transparent; you don’t need to consider any hidden cost for branding services. But you might get charged for utilizing the third-party Add-ons on your project, which will be informed to you accordingly.

Although we never encounter a situation like this if you are not satisfied with the work quality of our Brand Strategist, then either party to this agreement may terminate the contract, with or without cause, by providing at least 7 days i.e. 1 week written notice to the other Party. Upon termination of this agreement, APPWRK IT Solutions shall deliver a termination invoice for work completed to date, which shall be paid by the client within 3 business days. The termination invoice shall specify and acknowledge all unpaid work and the due amount of the work done till the date of termination. On termination, all work completed to time shall be delivered to the client in a usable electronic format.
